Arabic Language Institute

Summer Intensive 2021

This summer, God willing, our Arabic Language Institute will offer two 10-week intensive classes (Elementary and Intermediate levels), each equivalent to two academic semesters (one full year) of Arabic study.  In addition, Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) fellowship graduate students will be able to complete a special, enhanced course of 140 contact hours by supplementing our regular, 120 hour intensive-intermediate level course with an additional 20 contact hours as explained below.

Aside from our summer academic offerings, we will again be offering non-intensive, non-credit courses in Qur’anic Arabic and Qur’anic recitation (tajwīd) for the wider community as well as for interested students.

For questions regarding the Arabic Language Institute, please contact Dr. Talaat Pasha at tpasha@aicusa.edu
